SILOCZEST LSR-1 SERIES

LSR-1 series are widely used elastomer prized for its high temperature resistance and flexible, non-stick nature. LSR-1 series available from 00 shore A to 50 Shore A. It can be used in Food, medical application as well as to make high performance molds like cement molding, resin molding which all require longer storing time.

SILOCZEST LSR-2 SERIES

LSR-2 Series Liquid Silicone Rubber products meet general use mold making requirements. All are characterized by low viscosity and superior workability. It is cured to sold rubbers of various hardness. CAF-2 is fast curing agent and CAS-2 is slow curing agent. Polyester, Polyurethane, epoxy resins and gypsum are poured into molds made with these products to make statues, accessories,  dolls and art objects.

APPLICATION:

Mold Making applications for sculpture, Resin art craft, Soap, Candle, Artificial stone, Wood, POP, Clay, Shoe mold.

SILOCZEST LSR-3 SERIES

Liquid Silicone Rubber LSR-3 is specially used for the jewelry mold making application. Cures at room temperature. Great for creating molds from traditional wax carvings or when minimal shrinkage is required. Its clear nature also provide greater ease for inexperienced mold cutters, since the mold maker can see the model through the silicone rubber.

 

SILOCZEST LSR-4 SERIES

LSR-4 is a two component, addition cure liquid silicone rubber designed for potting & Encapsulation application for electronic components, power module and control module, LED invertor potting, etc which requires waterproof and insulation.

APPLICATION:

It can be broadly used for LED screen, wind power generator, PCB substrate, etc.

SILOCZEST LSR-5 SERIES

LSR-5 SERIES are RTV Liquid silicone rubbers which is specially suitable for the pad printing applications. It offers outstanding flowability and good self-deaeration. HLSR -6 SERIES is platinum based heat  curing  Liquid silicone rubber which is used for the casting and cloth embedding application. Its a food grade material. It cures at high temperature to a translucent high strength elastic rubber.
